Let me start by saying that I am a fan of the 'Julie & Julia' movie and I have watched it a million times over. One can only be a fan for so long without feeling the need to write. The movie resonates with me on so many levels.
1) Julie is a 30 something year old stuggling to find her niche in the world of employment
2) She just got married to a partner who is fully supportive in every way (but secretly struggles in the night with existential questions hounding her soul)
3) It is in cooking that Julie finds comfort and a little home away from home
4) She works at a call centre, I work at a call centre
It was a project that got her through a time of uncertainty and I too, need a project to help me through mine.
